Pastry Chef Introduces AI-Designed Desserts

Pastry chef Elena Rossi has partnered with a technology startup to develop desserts designed by artificial intelligence. Using AI algorithms, the system creates recipes optimized for flavor combinations, texture, and nutritional balance. Elena’s new collection features desserts like mango-saffron mousse with pistachio soil and chocolate-lavender tart with vegan meringue.

Elena explained:
“AI allows us to explore combinations that might never occur to a human chef. It’s a collaboration of creativity and technology, pushing the boundaries of pastry.”

The collection will be available in select boutique patisseries in Milan and online for pre-order.
